This hotel was a great find for our weekend getaway. The recently opened hotel was in excellent condition, with everything being brand new and pristine. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. The location was also ideal, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the inclusive breakfast, which provided a great start to our day, and the complimentary soft drink and coffee for the road were a nice touch.
While our overall experience at the hotel was positive, there were a few aspects that could be improved. the lack of an on-site restaurant was a minor inconvenience, but there were plenty of dining options within walking distance or a short subway ride away.

I absolutely loved the modern and stylish decoration of the hotel. The design of the general areas was so beautiful and refreshing, it made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious place. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility. It was very easy for me to navigate around the hotel, and the staff was always ready to assist me whenever I needed help.
I would have liked to see more hand sanitizer available throughout the hotel. It's important for senior people like myself to have easy access to hand hygiene, especially during vacations.

Free transport ticket, daily water bottle, and breakfast buffet. The lobby has complimentary newspapers, perfect for those who prefer paper over their smartphones. And the shopping mall onsite? Well, who doesn't love a shopping spree during their hotel stay?
Ah, the joy of hearing each passing car on the main road and the early morning sun rudely interrupting my beauty sleep. Absolutely delightful!

The hotel's decoration is elegant and welcoming, with comfortable seating areas for seniors to relax and socialize. The general areas are spacious and easily accessible for older guests, with well-lit hallways and ramps for mobility aids.
I would have appreciated clearer signage throughout the hotel to help seniors navigate their way around, especially when it comes to finding the elevators and different facilities.
